Jon Stewart Helped Rescue 2 Goats From Train Tracks

Two goats somehow found their way onto above-ground train tracks in Brooklyn, New York on Monday. No one knows exactly where they came from or how they got there.

Jon Stewart, former host of The Daily Show, helped get these goats to safety! Farm Sanctuary, America's leading farm animal protection organization and partner of Jon and Tracey Stewart, rescued the goats and they are now at the flagship sanctuary in Watkins Glen, NY.

In 2015 the Stewarts announced the partnership. “We bought a farm in New Jersey with the intention of starting a farm sanctuary of our own with an educational center, but what I’m announcing tonight is that our farm is actually going to be the New Jersey branch of Farm Sanctuary. We’re going to build new advocates, new curious learners, and new leaders for this very important movement.” You may remember their 2016 rescue of a bull named Frank.

Glad to see these guys made it to safety!
