Big Sean Levitates His Way Through New Zen 'ZTFO' Music Video

If you're wondering how you can 'ZTFO,' just ask Big Sean — or just watch his 'ZTFO' music video.

'ZTFO' (which stands for 'Zen The F*** Out) is off of Sean's latest album Detroit 2, and in the music video, directed by Lawrence Lamont, fans can see the rapper levitate, meditate and just ZTFO over his pool, in his house, in his backyard and more.

In teasing the video on social media Sean said, "Meditated so deep I levitated! I’m my higher self now. Wow," adding in another post, " Whole World need to ZTFO. If we don’t have the same vision then we can’t exchange contacts..."

Big Sean released Detroit 2 at the beginning of September, and the LP follows his 2017 I Decided album and Metro Boomin joint project Double or Nothing. The new album showcases 21 new songs including features from artists like the late Nipsey Hussle, Eminem, Post Malone, Ty Dolla Sign, Diddy, Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Young Thug and more.

In an emotional message to fans on social media, Big Sean expressed his gratitude for all the support and even gave a glimpse into his mental health journey. He said:

"Thank you! I sacrificed my privacy, I put so many emotions and lessons I learned the hard way into this music and gave [an] honest glimpse into my heart! It wasn’t easy, nights I thought of offing myself cause life was too heavy, but the lock in was worth it! Had to remember if I’m still here and so many aren’t, it’s for [a] reason. My goal was to inspire YOU to turn yourself up in all ways, Mind, Body, [and] Soul. Life isn’t promised as we can see, so HAVE FUN and thank you so much for the #1 album for a 3rd time in a row! Let’s KEEP GOING, Why Would I stop?!"
